This may include your unique device ID, hardware type, OS version, device name, name and email address (if connected to Facebook or Google+), cover photos, and general location (based on your IP address). To track your usage of our Service, we generate a unique user ID that is linked to your profile information. Through our mobile applications, we may occasionally send you push notifications for game updates, high scores, and other service-related notifications. 6. Privacy Shield Framework
Oligate transfers certain personal data to the U.S. and participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Oligate is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries and Switzerland, respectively, in reliance on each Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework's applicable Principles. Oligate is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives under the Privacy Shield Framework and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Oligate is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
