Oligate Inc. ("Oligate," "we," "us," or "our") presents this Privacy Policy ("Policy") to outline how we collect, store, use, and handle information and data, including personal information, provided by our users ("users" or "you") or collected by us in connection with the Oligate website at https://Oligate.com/ and any Oligate game available on a mobile platform (each referred to as a "Service," collectively referred to as the "Services"). Please note that this Policy applies solely to information and data collected or received by Oligate through your use of the Services. Oligate assumes no responsibility for the actions of unrelated individuals or third-party companies, the content of their websites, the usage of information or data provided by you to them, or any products or services they may offer. 1. Information and Data We Collect from You
When you utilize our Services, you may provide us with your contact details directly on our website, typically including your name and email address. Additionally, we collect certain information and data, such as your application usage, access details, session durations, and in-app purchases. This may include your unique device ID, hardware type, OS version, device name, name and email address (if connected to Facebook or Google+), cover photos, and general location (based on your IP address). To track your usage of our Service, we generate a unique user ID that is linked to your profile information. Through our mobile applications, we may occasionally send you push notifications for game updates, high scores, and other service-related notifications. If you prefer not to receive these communications, you can opt-out by adjusting your device settings. We also gather non-personal information about you, such as your operating system type and version, as well as the date and time of your Service visit.

2. How We Use Your Information
Oligate’s primary goals in using information are to provide Services to you, troubleshoot, improve, and optimize our Services, contact you, conduct research, and create reports for internal use. Third Party Services:
Our Services may contain third-party tracking, data collection, and analytics tools from service providers such as Adjust and Game Analytics. These third parties may use cookies, APIs, and SDKs in our Services to collect and analyze user and device-related data on our behalf. They may have access to data such as your device identifier, geo-location information, IP address, application usage, access and session times, and interactions with advertising. They provide their services to enable functions like delivering advertising. Advertising: If we display advertising in our Services, advertising networks of our affiliates and partner networks may collect information about your mobile device to serve targeted ads to you. The collected information may include device make, model, operating system, screen size and orientation, audio volume, battery information, carrier, mobile application properties, country, time zone, locale settings, network connection type and speed, IP address, internet browser user-agent, and identifier for advertisers (IDFA). Withdrawing Your Consent:
If you would like to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, please contact us. Please note that exercising this right will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.

Erasing or Restricting Access to Your Information:

We do not warrant or represent that your information will be protected against loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties. Data Retention:
Oligate retains your personal data for as long as necessary to provide you with the services unless required by law to delete it or if Oligate accepts your request for deletion. We may also retain and use your personal data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Our Policy Regarding Children:
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow such individuals to use our services. Please note that if Oligate needs to adapt the policy to legal requirements, the new policy will become effective immediately or as required.

6. Privacy Shield Framework
Oligate transfers certain personal data to the U.S. and participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Oligate is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries and Switzerland, respectively, in reliance on each Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework's applicable Principles. Oligate is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives under the Privacy Shield Framework and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Oligate complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Oligate is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, Oligate may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Oligate commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information.
